Elham Arabi, PhD is an award-winning senior learning consultant with
global experience at
World Health Organization (WHO). She is a research-to-practice expert,
specializing in result-
driven design and learning evaluation. Elham also serves at the ATD Las
Vegas Chapter board of
directors. Elham has more than 15 years’ experience in instructional design
and developing
online and blended learning solutions. Her doctoral dissertation was on
enhancing training
design based on training evaluation to investigate the effects on training
transfer. Her thesis,
which has more than 2,000 downloads to date, provides practical steps on
implementing an
innovative approach to training evaluation and design. She has also been
an author at ATD
magazine, eLearning Industry, and Learning Scientists.
