Kelly Lousen is the senior manager of talent development at Mindbody. She specializes in the design and development of global talent programs such as new hire onboarding education, performance, mentorship, and wellness initiatives, in addition to supporting large scale change management efforts throughout the business. She recently completed the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect (KFLA) Certification Program.
