Lauren LePage has worked for Chick-fil-A in some capacity for 18 years. In 2011, she became a corporate Chick-fil-A certified trainer and graduated from NC State University in textile engineering, which equipped her with six sigma tools/processes. In 2012 she became a content developer, researching and creating video/eLearning solutions and managing the LMS. Shortly after, she became an instructional designer where she strategized, project managed, designed, and developed training. Currently, she is a learning designer and a certified learning strategist through Brandon Hall Group who helps fellow learning professionals create remarkable learning experiences for all Chick-fil-A audiences.
