Jonna Broscious Blount currently serves as a senior principal in the learning architecture department at Chick-fil-A, where she casts product vision and leads development of high-level learning strategies that meet the needs of today's versatile, diverse, and remote field staff audience. Jonna also serves as an officer of development for Women in Business, focusing on helping women reach their full potential; and as an ambassador for Lifeshape, through which she leads service projects focused on teaching leadership to non-profits worldwide.
