Gretchen Ringer is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years of experience with increasing responsibility in the fields of Talent Development, Human Resources Management, Change Management, and Organization Development. In her current role she leads the Learning and Development function at Leidos for over 8 years including the learning manager system, career development programs, onboarding and new employee orientation programs, the skills based-jobs strategy as well as technical upskilling programs. She defines and implements the enterprise learning strategy to elevate learning development to increase engagement and retention and build a culture of continuous learning and intentional internal mobility.
