Director of Learning Experience, Advocate Health

Amanda Archer is currently the Director of Learning Experience at Advocate Health. She has been at Advocate Health for 7 1/2 years where she has led teams in learning experience, learning technology, and leadership development. Amanda has been in the Learning space for over 18 years, starting as a facilitator and Instructional Designer and then becoming a learning leader. She has worked for a medical staffing company, DeVry Education Group, and McDonald’s in the L&D space prior to beginning her work at Advocate Health. She has a strong passion for learning and leadership and connects that with her life purpose of helping others to be the best they can be.
