Pete Stromberg
Manager, Training Support, Pacific Northwest National Lab
Pete Stromberg has over 40 years of experience in the learning and development field and currently serves as Pacific Northwest National Lab's (PNNL) Training Support Manager. He brings an enterprise?wide perspective to the position as he leads the design, development, delivery, and administration of lab?wide technical and compliance training. In this role, Pete has established an organization capable of flexing to meet the changing demands of PNNL's workforce while instilling a strong sense of continuous improvement and innovation. Before joining PNNL, Pete worked in similar roles with a few organizations, notably as United Airlines Manager of Training Programs, supporting the Flight Operations Division, and as an Instructional Designer with United Airlines, McDonnell Douglas, and AAI Corporation. Before this, Pete proudly served as a communications intelligence analyst in the US Army. Pete has a bachelor's degree in organizational development and master's degrees in organizational leadership and human resources management from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. Pete is a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional.
