Melissa Speros leads the Training and Communication team at MIT Lincoln Laboratory and has been helping staff navigate the changing IT landscape for more than 18 years. She is known for her enthusiasm and insights; in fact, her colleagues often seek her advice and involvement, knowing she'll strive to make their project a success. She teams her technical writing and editing background with her creative spirit and analytic skills to design engaging and relevant content. With a passion for learning herself, Melissa can be found touring museums, listening to local music, reading, or just enjoying the natural world.
