Eddie Lin, a staff data scientist for a globally leading IT company, has spent more than 10 years in the areas of education technology, data science, artificial intelligence, and workforce development. He is passionate about enhancing human performance in the workplace. Eddie writes, speaks, and consults on best practices for integrating innovative technologies into organizations to capitalize on the intelligence of both humans and machines. Dr. Lin is an instructor in data science and has taught for organizations including Harvard University, City University of New York (CUNY), Correlation One, among others. He served as the chair for the IEEE Learning Engineering - Corporate Market Interest Group in 2023. Eddie holds a doctorate and a master's degree from Columbia University. He is the author of the newsletter "Measure Digital Transformation” on LinkedIn, where he shares practical advice on connecting business questions with technological solutions, as well as measuring the successful business impacts for operational excellence.
