As vice president of R&D, Micah White directs and implements the strategy initiatives of CGS's Enterprise Learning Team. In his work he has developed policies, objectives, and initiatives to keep the organization competitive and on the cutting-edge of technological development. Areas of focus include innovative media including augmented and mixed realities, robotic process automation, generative AI, real-time communication platform integration to learning, and new/novel interaction models. Teamwork AR™, a collaborative XR platform that drastically improves employee training and field service performance, productivity, operational excellence and growth across the industry spectrum, was awarded Frost & Sullivan's New Product Innovation Award.
