Christina Nilsen is a seasoned L&D pro with diverse expertise across the learning field. Starting out in higher ed as an academic librarian, she cut her teeth on curriculum design while teaching science research and information literacy. After transitioning to corporate training, she spent several years as an instructional designer and program manager for tech giants like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, and T-Mobile. Today, she’s a consultant and freelancer with her own business, Cascade Learning.
