Bill West has nearly 30 years of experience in change management and learning technologies. His expertise includes the development of elearning, mlearning, social networking, VILT, vendor selection, and LMS/DMS platforms. He held leadership positions in some of the L&D industry’s most influential companies: Accenture, E&Y, Option Six, GP Strategies, and Xerox. Over the past 13 years, his teams have earned 20 international awards while creating over 1,000 custom learning solutions with some of the world’s largest companies, including Amway, Bank of America, HP, Intel, Kraft, Krispy Kreme, Microsoft, NBC, Pfizer, Prudential and others. He is currently founder and CEO of Quantum7, the development management solutions company.
