Amber Taverner

Learning Specialist, Canadian Credit Union Association

Amber Taverner is a learning specialist with the Canadian Credit Union Association (CCUA). She is responsible for developing and updating course materials, documenting course information and content delivery processes, and retiring and archiving outdated content. Amber works collaboratively with the product development team, subject matter experts, and other staff members to identify course requirements—including instructional materials and formats— and develop, review, and edit content-related documents. A strong advocate of plain language and design, Amber has spent her career creating effective, user-friendly content. On a personal note, Amber loves travelling and the outdoors.
