Shweta Shukla (she/her) is an instructional designer focused on workplace learning design and working towards a master’s degree in OPWL. She has worked on full software development lifecycle experience, including designing, developing, and testing. She has transitioned from software development and quality analysis to develop her career as a learning experience designer and bridge the gap between technology and traditional instructional design. Shweta is focusing her studies and internships on human performance improvement, learning experience design, and diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI) in the workplace.
