Sean Murray is the founder and CEO of RealTime Performance, a consulting firm focused on leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management. Since founding it in 1999, Sean has helped companies such as Nordstrom, FedEx, Lockheed Martin, PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Starbucks, and Chubb design and develop programs for leadership assessment and development. Sean holds an M.B.A from the University of Oregon, and a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound.
