Darren McKinnon strongly believes that even the most complex challenge can be addressed with a simple solution. Darren is a learning consultant and strategist with almost two decades of successful experience providing solutions that improve performance, enhance the employee experience, and deliver on business goals. He has worked with companies in the high-tech, financial services and management consulting areas and is currently with the Canadian Credit Union Association providing simple (yet engaging) solutions and support to credit unions across the country. An avid mountain biker, Darren can often be found in the woods on the East Coast of Canada.
