Suzannah Crowell Green is originally from Nashville, Tennessee, but moved to the United Kingdom in 2000, where her background in IT Consulting and her natural affinity for training in all forms guided her career in the direction of e-Learning consultancy. After a number of years as a freelance consultant, Suzannah accepted the role of Lead Solutions Architect, eLearning and Performance Support Systems, for Fujitsu Services Ltd, where she spent over four years managing some of the largest and highest-profile training programmes in the UK, across both the private and public sectors. Suzannah has gained experience across 26 countries, and has visited most of the 50 American States, working with clients such as the National Health Service, Barclays Bank Plc, Halifax Bank of Scotland, IKEA (Sweden), British Telecom, Interwoven, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Lloyds TSB, Den Norske Bank, British Airways, The Northern Ireland Civil Service, The Home Office, Accenture, and Telenor, to name but a few. Suzannah is now the Managing Director of 4G Learning Solutions Ltd, a training consultancy that specializes in eLearning, Online Help Systems, Software Simulators, Virtual Learning Environments, and 3D Animation.
