Lisa A. Giacumo

Associate Professor of Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning, Boise State University

Lisa A. Giacumo, PhD, (she/her) is an award-winning associate professor of organizational performance and workplace learning (OPWL) in the College of Engineering at Boise State University. Currently, she is also an active instructional design and performance improvement consultant, as well as the MarCC lab director. She specializes in equity and inclusion, eLearning, global workplace learning, and cross-cultural learning design. Recently, she was selected as a fellow with the US Office of Naval Research’s summer fellowship program and plans to conduct applied organizational research focusing on the relationship between microaggressions, gender, ethnicity, and orientation, with retention and promotion.
