Nicole Buras, EdD is a scholar-practitioner and a senior manager in learning and development at HUB International with the Operations and IT department. At HUB she drives the life cycle of education programs ranging from small scale, single course implementations to larger enterprise-wide program initiatives. She received her doctorate in adult and higher education at Northern Illinois University. Her research agenda focuses on innovative learning strategies in workplace learning, such as integrating digital interactivity in eLearning, incorporating scenario-based activities, and employing improvisational techniques to enhance experiential and collaborative learning.
