Atena Bishka is a learning designer at the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) who specializes in designing learning programs and tools that contribute to boosting performance and enhancing capabilities. Taking a business perspective in performance improvement efforts, her interests include need and gap analysis, instructional design, learning assessment, program evaluation, and research and analysis. The author of several articles, she currently serves as member of ISPI board of directors. Atena holds an MBA, an MSc, and a CTDP.
