Jeffrey Bartley

Jeffrey Bartley is the global training program manager for Itron. He has been working in the learning and development field for more than 20 years for organizations such as Xerox, Credit Suisse, and North Carolina State Government. Jeffrey has a BA from Averett University in English literature and an MS from Boise State University in organizational performance and workplace learning.
