Luis Ramirez

Director Integrated Learning Systems, Defense Acquisition University

Luis Ramirez is the director of integrated learning systems at the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). Luis directs a team responsible for the development, maintenance, and operations of the DAU’s integrated learning and knowledge-sharing systems as well as the teaching and learning lab (TALL) that supports the training and workplace performance of the US Department of Defense’s acquisition workforce and hosts Federal Acquisition Institute courseware. He is also an instructor for DAU distance-learning courses. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the US Air Force, Luis holds master’s degrees in education and educational technology from George Washington University and in public administration from Troy University, and a master’s certificate in technology management from the University of Maryland.
