Kristen Boomer is an instructional designer at Maricopa Community Colleges, where she is responsible for determining the scope and sequence for training related to future standard enrollment processes across all Maricopa Community Colleges. Her educational career started as a fifth-grade teacher in Tempe, AZ; she eventually transitioned into digital learning and training development. Kristen holds an MA degree in English literature from Arizona State University, with a focus on visual narratives (graphic novels) in a post-9/11 culture.
