Kevin Wilcoxon has fifteen years of experience in the training and development field, and seven in online-learning design. Kevin holds Master’s degrees in both Instructional Design and Psychology, and has been active in ASTD, ISPI, IPMA, and The eLearning Guild. His current interests lie in evidence-based practices, the physical basis of learning, connectivism, cognitive load, and personal learning environments.
