Jill Kirtland is the L&D innovation & technology senior manager for PwC, leading the XR strategy for US learning and development. She holds a BS in organizational communication, learning & design from Ithaca College, and a MS in instructional design & development (learning technologies) from Lehigh University. She is also a Certified ScrumMaster for Agile product development.
