As a member of the University of California - Irvine's Distance Learning Center staff, Mathew Williams, M.S., designs and develops pedagogically sound web-based learning modules that meet specific instructional objectives and adhere to current technical standards. Mathew also serves as a consultant for faculty members, instructors, and other key stakeholders on pedagogy, technology, and best practices related to distance and hybrid education.
