Manager Support Operations, SunGard Public Sector

Hiren Desai is responsible for managing several of SunGard Public Sector's Customer Support teams. Additionally, as a member of the Agile Alliance and a certified ScrumMaster, Hiren has provided in-house training on how Agile/Scrum methods can apply in areas other than software development. Examples of this are the implementation of Agile/Scrum processes by the customer support teams and by internal training.
