Barbara Hall is an Assistant Professor of instructional design at Ashford University and a consultant with the Instructional Consulting Group. Dr. Hall has nearly two decades of industry experience in the education, corporate, public, and military sectors. She is a certified peer reviewer with Quality Matters and a peer reviewer for two international conferences and four journals. Dr. Hall’s interests focus on peer interaction in eLearning. She lives in Chapel Hill, NC.
