Roland Deiser

Founder and Chairman, European Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF)

Roland Deiser is keenly interested in understanding how to create sustainable strategic capabilities that foster innovation, change and continuous learning in large-scale systems. He pursues this interest by publishing, teaching, speaking, advising, orchestrating executive networks and producing customized think tanks. He was the founding Dean of DaimlerChrysler’s Corporate University and is the Founder and Chairman of the European Corporate Learning Forum (ECLF), a consortium of about 70 multinational corporations who have teamed up to share practices and shape the future of Corporate Learning. He is also a Senior Fellow with the Center for the Digital Future at the University of Southern California.
