Lynn Kearny

Lynn Kearny, CPT, a consultant for over 25 years, works with organizations to improve human performance. She specializes in graphics that help people grasp new ideas quickly, and is known for hands-on, skill-building sessions. She is co-author of Creating Workplaces Where People Can Think, Performance Architecture, Organizational Intelligence, and is a contributor to the HPT Handbook. She received ISPI’s Outstanding Instructional Product and Distinguished Service awards. Lynn is a past Director of ISPI and serves on the faculty of both ISPI Institutes.
