Michele Stouffer has over 15 years of experience in instructional design, specializing in e Learning. Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Educational Media and Computers from Arizona State University. She has received the following awards: The 1998 Multimedia & Internet Training award (now the Brandon Hall award) for an e-Learning course she designed on the Sniffer protocol analyzer, and an STC Touchstone 2000 award for a basic PC hardware course she designed for Hewlett-Packard. She has been leading the instructional design effort on the e-Learning Team at Ford since 2004.
