Currently, she leads the Learning Transformation team for UPS Global Business Services. Michelle formerly led the HR Custom Learning Solutions team for Oracle Corporation. Michelle also runs Write Technology, focusing on concierge coaching for virtual meetings and training, as well as technical writing and editing.
