Michael Goudzwaard
Lead Instructional Designer
Dartmouth College
Michael Goudzwaard, the lead instructional designer at Dartmouth College in
Hanover, New Hampshire, works with learning design teams to build and
offer DartmouthX courses. Michael holds a bachelor of arts degree in history
from Calvin College and a master of science degree in environmental
studies from Antioch University New England. His research interests include
evidence-based learning, micro-credentials, and learning pathways. Michael
has taught courses in environmental science and statistics and has been
involved with offering MOOCs for several years, including as co-instructor
for Introduction to Psychology at Keene State College and Introduction to
Environmental Science at Dartmouth College.
