Michael Laudone
Sr. Instructional Designer
Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago
Michael Laudone is a senior instructional designer with the Federal Reserve
Bank of Chicago. He has been doing instructional design, development, and
delivery for the past 25 years and in the past 10 has concentrated on
eLearning delivery. At the Fed, Michael brought in more interesting and
learner-focused courseware by using instructionally significant interactions,
stories, and relevant graphics and animations. He has overhauled a
systemwide program that provided technical training on standard
applications used at all 12 Federal Reserve Banks with tech-tip videos; each
episode deals with a challenge that is met with the standard applications.
